PRICING AND PAYMENT

Our prices are in GB Pounds Sterling and postage charge is added automatically to your order. For other European countries, deliveries are through courier service but you need to email us before placing your order.   PayPal checkout handles all our online transactions.

 

POSTAGE

POP Jewellery aim to deliver all orders within the time frame of your chosen delivery service. However allow extra 3 working days for Recorded Delivery option, extra 1 working day for Next Day Delivery option and extra 7 days for International Delivery. Your order will be sent in a gift box or organza gift bag and then be wrapped in a bubble foil envelop.  Where we are unable to deliver within our time frame due to item being out of stock, we will contact you immediately through email. You will have options of a full refund or allowing for a new delivery time frame. Please note POP Jewellery will not be liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.  Proof of delivery as required by Royal Mail and Recorded service shall be deemed confirmation that the item has been delivered by POP Jewellery. If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.

 

POSTAGE COST

Orders are dispatched according to your chosen delivery service. Recorded Delivery is from £4.99 and orders are delivered within 5 working days, Special Delivery is £9.00 and orders are delivered within 2 working days and International Delivery is £15 and orders are delivered within 10 working days. Orders sent by Special Delivery are insured. We regret we cannot be responsible for uninsured parcels which are lost or damaged while in the care of Royal Mail.

 

RETURNS

POP Jewellery offers a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will give a full refund minus the delivery cost provided that the goods are returned to us in its original packaging and the same condition that it was sent (unworn). Goods should be returned by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.  Please note in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless received faulty. Once your return item is received, we will credit your PayPal account or your payment card within 48 hours. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely. If we receive an item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box and the Organza gift bag), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

 

FAULTY GOODS

POP Jewellery try to package your order as secured as possible to ensure that they do arrive in good condition. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us by Email within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The goods should then be returned to us by recorded delivery within 7 days, the cost of which will be refunded to you along with the price of the goods provided you enclosed a copy of your proof of posting. However if you prefer a replacement, do state so at the back of your proof of posting receipt. We do advise to check your items upon delivery. If you do not inform us within 48 hours, we will assume no liability for the damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
