POP Jewellery aim to deliver all orders within the time frame of your chosen delivery service.

 

However allow extra 3 working days for Recorded Delivery option, extra 1 working day for Next Day Delivery option and extra 7 working days for International Delivery due to Public Holidays or unforeseen duties of the Royal Mail.

 

 

Where we are unable to deliver within our time frame due to item being out of stock, we will contact you immediately through email.

 

You will have options of a full refund or allowing for a new delivery time frame.

 

Please note POP Jewellery will not be liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

 

Proof of delivery as required by Royal Mail and Recorded service shall be deemed confirmation that the item has been delivered by POP Jewellery.

 

If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.
